Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview:
Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves supervising sales activities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve targets.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain client relationships.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with some supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience in team management and strategic planning.
  • Industry-specific knowledge and market insight.

Work Type: Supervisory role, target-driven with some travel.
